DELIVERY POLICY

Basics and Beyond Homestore is a real bricks and mortar store. We are open six days a week (Tuesday to Sunday).

Our orders are dispatched via Australia Post. Therefore we will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We recommend that you use Registered post.

Please enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Basics and Beyond Homestore if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully as goods sold are non refundable. We are happy to exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will exchange for a credit note that may be used in our store or via the webshop.

We are proud of our quality control but in the unlikely event you purchase a product that is faulty then we will replace the product. If it is not in stock we will refund your money in full. If you prefer we’ll give you credit note.

*All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied with a valid receipt.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Basics and Beyond Homestore will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

How does Basics and Beyond Homestore protect customer information?

Furthermore, all of the sensitive customer data we collect is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access.

Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed securely through the DirectOne Payment Gateway and ANZ. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to receive your order as there is no clearance delay. Basics and Beyond Homestore does not store any credit card information on our servers.

They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. None of your payment details are stored, this ensures you will be happy with your transaction.
